SoboPro
Practical load securing starts with the right cladding of the vehicle interior. The RACK O VAN floor SoboPro is a key part of the load securing concept. Integrated ProSafe lashing points, in combination with lashing straps, offer flexible options for load securing in the vehicle.
SoboPro Restraint Pole
The RACK O VAN floor SoboPro restraint pole was especially for load securing and extends the load securing in a way that adds value. The possibility of installing RACK O VAN restraint poles creates extended opportunities for load securing and the load can be secured in the manner of a form fit.
Lashing Rails
RACK O VAN lashing rails can be mounted on the side wall, the divider or the van racking. The combination of the SoboPro floors and the ProSafe lashing straps and nets creates a fully-fledged concept for flexible and fast load securing of transport goods.
Retraint poles
These universally deployable restraint poles can be used both horizontally and vertically, depending on the location of the lashing rails, to fix the loads in place. The square footprint provides optimum hold. In addition, individual lashing points for lashing straps can be inserted in the integrated rail profile.
Lashing straps
The ProSafe system offers a wide range of fastening points for flexible lashing using the lashing rails for side walls and dividers and integrated lashing points in the cross-members of the SR5 shelves and the SoboPro floors. Any shape of load can be secured quickly in the vehicle using the ProSafe lashing strap.
Load safety nets
ProSafe load safety nets can be installed at all existing ProSafe lashing points. A load safety net can easily be stowed in one of the RACK O VAN BOXXes. The nets are ideal for optimum securing of awkward and bulky loads and are available in various different sizes.

All securing equipment must be in perfect condition. In order to guarantee maximum safety, the load area must be swept clean and be free from oil at all times.
Adequate ventilation
When transporting gases, the vehicle must have adequate ventilation (floor, roof or side vents).
Roadworthiness
The vehicle and load must be checked for roadworthiness before setting off. You need to check the load securing after sharp braking or other unusual load levels.

The right securing system
The load-securing equipment and the vehicle must be suitable for transporting the load. The lashing facilities must have an adequate load-bearing capability (marking by sticker) and must be suitable for securing the load. The permissible total weight and the permissible axle loading of the vehicle must also be taken into account.
Stable loading
The load must not impair handling and stability. The change in the centre of gravity from the load does, however, lead to modified handling of the vehicle. Heavy loads should always be stowed as low as possible in the vehicle. The load must be secured from slipping and tipping over.
